Distributors Solutions (DSI) and Ingersoll Rand reached an agreement to extend DSI’s co-op purchasing services to all American Standard Customer Care (ASCC) Dealers and Trane Comfort Specialist (TCS) Dealers. Both dealer networks will have access to a wide variety of cost saving opportunities in categories that range from office supplies and tires to fork lifts and health benefits.

American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning originally founded in the early 1880s was an early pioneer in the American manufacturing and distributing of HVAC materials in the late 19th and 20th centuries.

Trane was founded in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 1885 and for over 120 years it has been a leader in the HVAC industry.

Ingersoll Rand, founded in 1871, is a multi-national corporation with brands and companies across a multitude of different industries such as: construction, mining, industrial supply, and commercial/residential care. Ingersoll Rand currently conducts manufacturing and assembly operations in 67 plants world-wide.

Distributors Solutions ("DSI") announced today that it has extended its contract with MillerCoors to serve as the co-op purchasing organization for all MillerCoors Distributors to March 2017.

DSI now has 30 programs, ranging from simple commodities like office supplies and tires to more complex categories like fuel hedging and insurance (health and liability) where DSI is partnering with the Coca-Cola Bottlers' Association.  Over 500 MillerCoors Distributors now purchase from one or more of DSI's programs, and participation continues to grow steadily.  Over the last 3 years, Distributors have saved an estimated $18M from participating in DSI's programs.

Castrol Lubricants announced that it has agreed to a partnership with Distributors Solutions, LLC ("DSI").  DSI will serve as the co-op purchasing organization for all Castrol Lubricant Distributor Partners, providing opportunities for savings in categories ranging from office supplies to health benefits.

Building on a strong partnership with Johns Manville's Roofing Division, DSI extends its partnership with Johns Manville to add the Insulations Division Preferred Partners to the Johns Manville Co-Op Buying Program.

Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of premium-quality building insulation, commercial roofing, roof insulation, and specialty products for commercial, industrial and residential applications.

We would like to thank everyone that came to visit the Distributors Solutions ("DSI") booth at the 68th Annual Wine & Spirits Wholesalers ("WSWA") Convention in Orlando, Florida. The Grand Lakes Orlando Resort provided the perfect atmosphere to meet with wholesalers from all over the nation and discuss the cost saving programs available to their businesses by DSI.

This year’s convention kicked off the second year of DSI’s partnership with the WSWA. DSI now has over 25 programs available to wholesalers from tires and office supplies to health benefits.

Distributors Solutions ("DSI") and the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America, Inc ("WSWA") announce their partnership. DSI's negotiated purchasing programs are now available to all WSWA Wholesalers.

WSWA is the national trade organization representing the wholesale tier of the wine and spirits industry. It is dedicated to advancing the interests and independence of wholesale distributors and/or brokers of wine and/or spirits. Founded in 1943, WSWA has nearly 330 member companies in 50 states and the District of Columbia. WSWA members distribute more than 70% of all wines and spirits sold at wholesale in the United States.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., WSWA provides its members with representation before Congress, executive agencies, regulatory bodies, courts, and other alcohol beverage industry organizations. In addition, we offer a wide range of services in the areas of public affairs, education and social responsibility issues.

Distributors Solutions (“DSI”) announces that it has extended its contract with MillerCoors to serve as the co-op purchasing organization for all MillerCoors distributors to March 2013.

DSI was founded in 2007 to act as a purchasing consortium to support the independent distributors of Coors Brewing Company in the United States. In July 2008, DSI expanded its scope to include all MillerCoors distributors following the joint venture between Molson Coors Brewing Company and SAB Miller.

DSI now has over 25 programs, ranging from simple commodities like office supplies (Office Depot) and tires (Goodyear and Michelin) to more complex categories like fuel hedging and insurance (health and liability) where DSI is partnering with the Coca-Cola Bottlers' Association. Over 500 MillerCoors distributors now purchase from one or more of DSI's programs, and participation continues to grow steadily.

Network Services, headquartered outside of Chicago, IL, is a member-owned organization of more than 75 best-in-class distributors with over 400 locations across the United States.

Distributors Solutions ("DSI") and Johns Manville ("JM") jointly announce their partnership to bring DSI's negotiated co-op purchasing programs to JM's Pinnacle and Summit level contractors. The official launch of the purchasing programs will take place in the Grand Cayman Islands on February 23, 2009.

Contractors qualifying for the program include the Pinnacle and Summit levels of the Johns Manville Peak Advantage™ Contractor Program, which creates additional value for its contractor partners.
